What goes into court in Calgary?
The Calgary Court Centre contains the Calgary Provincial Court, and the Court of Queen’s Bench Judicial District of Calgary. Drug Treatment Court, Traffic Court, Family Court, Provincial Court Civil, Provincial Court Criminal, Tsuut'ina Nation Court, are all located here. All jury trials take place in the Court of Queen’s Bench in this building. As a result of COVID, there are special rules in place. Please click on the COVID button above for more information.
